A. N. R. Robinson International Airport is the secondary international airport serving Trinidad and Tobago located on the island of Tobago around 10 km from the capital Scarborough. Although the airport handles a few different long-haul routes, you will not be able to find any direct flights from the UAE to Tobago. However, A. N. R. Robinson International Airport has regular connections from multiple airports which handle direct flights from the UAE, so you can conveniently make the journey with just one transfer.

A. N. R. Robinson International Airport is comprised of two passenger terminals including a dedicated international terminal and offers very little in terms of amenities and facilities, so come prepared and bring any essentials you need with you. However, there is a café and snack bar on site where you can enjoy something to eat as well as a couple of souvenir shops. Once you have arrived at the airport the easiest way to reach your destination is to hop in a taxi, although there are also bus services available offering a cheaper alternative. Alternatively, you could consider renting a car in Tobago.

In Tobago the weather stays warm across the year with average highs of 28 to 32 degrees, although there is a rainy season in the region which begins in June and carries on all the way until November. Make sure you set your clocks back by eight hours to be on local time in Tobago, while you may find things like accommodation, eating out and transportation are cheaper in the country compared to the UAE.
