Why You Should Visit Zanzibar
Zanzibar is located just off the coast of mainland Tanzania and offers many exciting possibilities for travelers. In the old part of Zanzibar City, known as Stone Town, you can find a huge array of historic buildings and important landmarks such as the House of Wonders built over a century ago or the expansive Hamamni Persian Baths. On the northern coast of the island is Nungwi, a small village surrounded by unspoilt beaches and clear blue waters. As well as relaxing in the sun on the beach, more adventurous visitors can find many exciting pursuits such as diving, snorkeling and fishing. Also well worth a visit is Kendwa which is just 3 km from Nungwi where you can find full moon parties and much more.
