I am a pilot, was passing through for the night. Owner was kind a gave me a drive to get a bite to eat. Simple quite place with a soft bed, good AC and hot water. Worked for me!

DO NOT BOOK HERE - Does not honor reservation

This place is a complete scam! Our flight was cancelled in Antigua so we booked a room here online for the night and had a paid confirmation. We shared a taxi with another couple who had personally called and he said he would hold the last room for them. When the taxi dropped us off, the lobby was empty and the doors locked. We finally found a person who said there were no rooms. We explained we both had confirmation of rooms to which she informed us, "he said you didn't show up so he gave them to someone else". We came DIRECTLY from the airport there which was less than 1 hr! When "he" returned to the resort he all but ran past us and said a taxi is coming for you and disappeared into the hotel. He wouldn't even apologize or pay for our taxi to go to another hotel so we incurred another $40+ fee. Then when I called the provider I booked through, they called him and he lied and said we were a no show. HE called the taxi for us! NEVER would i trust a reservation here!

Arrived to be told my room was cancelled said they had emailed me that morning. I had received no email and they could not show any proof of sending one.
In fact Hotels.com had sent me an email to ask how my check in was ! … so they had not cancelled my room if fact according to Hotels.com they still had rooms available that night.
The manager offered me alternative accommodation which I reluctantly accepted that was further outside town. Luckily I had a hire car without one would have caused serious issues

Clean and comfortable - Great Views!

Stayed here for one night before me and my husband checked into our all-inclusive hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. We met the manager Nick and his daughter Nia. Super nice people. You can see that Nick takes pride in his hotel. Great views of St. John’s - you can see the cruise ships in the harbor. As long as you are not expecting the Ritz, this is a nice place to stay for a few nights.

Vacation

Overall the facility meet our needs. Breakfast was excellent every day. We did have a air conditioning issue which was resolved by moving us. The facility itself does require a few repairs that come with a well used facility. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. I would visit again and recommend to those looking for a option other than resort.
