Won't leave in trouble

I want to thank A-Hotel very much in the person of the wonderful receptionist Hovhannes for his assistance!
At the beginning of July, an unpleasant situation happened to me: the transfer that was supposed to take me to my hotel mistakenly brought me to A hotel and left safely, the situation happened in the middle of the night, and I did not pay attention to where I was being taken, as I was tired and in Yerevan for the first time.
Administrator Hovhannes welcomed me and helped me: Helped me contact my hotel and supported me with a kind word)
Once again, I would like to express my great gratitude to the hotel and receptionist Hovhannes. Next time I'm in Yerevan without a second thought I'll stay with you!

Pros - EXCELLENT LOCATION , 5 min walking distance to the “main drag” of northern avenue, between republic square and the opera house; VERY CLEAN, I believe it is a brand new hotel of less than a year, rooms, bathroom, furnishings, sheets, towels, all brand new; FRIENDLY OWNER/staff, don’t say much, but nice people; CHEAP (at least our price) nothing more to say!!
Cons - No lift/elevators, but the young man (I think the owner’s son) helped with the luggage. There are only 3 floors, so at most you will climb 2 flights of stairs. Not suitable for elderly in that regard.

More than satisfied

We were more than satisfied with our stay at the “A Hotel“ in Jerewan. Our double room was modern equipped, very large and was cleaned daily. The breakfast was super delicious and it was adapted to our personal wishes. Furthermore the staff is very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is central so that you can go quickly to the centre. We can only recommend this hotel and we will come again on our next visit to Yerevan!

Excellent

It has been a very pleasant stay. The room was always very clean and the staff has been very friendly. They have always been at our disposal to help us in everything.
They gave us tourist information and helped us to manage everything we asked.
All has been perfect.
