Family Hendrickx on tour!

We chose this park to visit family. The location is on the forest stand. So you don't have to come here for the beautiful view. At 4.30 the kookaburras will treat you to a nice concert. We thought this was hilarious. Compliments for the sanitary building. Just new and very neat.

When we arrived at 2pm for checkin reception already closed. The cabin at a big 4 caravan park was run down. There was 0 mobile service inside cabin and no wifi password was provided. I called the after hours number , and used after hour button at reception no answer I emailed and text. Reply came the following day.
No shampoo or conditioner or body wash provided, and if this was standard we were not made aware. Park had 11pm curfew although campers arrived at this time making noise as the set up.
Air conditioning was good
Cabin tiny but had everything we needed to be fair just the service was shocking

Disappointing

Park is very run down , we were there for over a week and the amenities near us were not cleaned, bins are overflowing with blow flies all around it. It is apparently been taken over by Big 4 so hopefully they will upgrade it. Very hard to find anyone in the office so couldn’t ask for ammenities to be cleaned very disappointed

Relaxing, quiet park

Lovely park. The gardens are immaculate. The setting is so relaxing. We were in a cabin it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The cabins are a bit dated but they are neat and tidy. The park was quiet at night. It’s a short drive to town. Staff are friendly.
