Good value for money and walking distance from the centre. Really nice to have kitchen facilities (though limited). The cleaning however wasn’t top notch and we for sure heard mice in the walls at least once.

Not worth the money by any means. Not a nice area and signs everywhere prohibiting prostitution and drug sales. The location is sketchy and they put everyone’s keys into envelopes in the same lock box to be picked up. Either they forgot my envelope or someone else took it, because the box was empty at 16:30. There was no one in the office during the 30 minutes we waited which were posted as normal office house. I called the 2 phone numbers listed (left VM) and emailed twice, no response. We left and got dinner and I tried calling after hours. I finally got the late duty residence manager who was a nice guy and helpful.

Poor hygiene

Dirty . The shower was dirty and cold water, the walls and ceiling were covered in dust. Extractor full of dust and grease. Shower filthy and moldy. Toilet button green with mold. Fridge dirty and not connected. Friendly staff. And well received

DO NOT GO!

This space is not enough to explain the limitations of deferred maintenance, unsanitary conditions and dangerous situations. The photos on the site were taken in a bygone era when the condition was even better. If you report a complaint, the concierge will try to help, but the limited options make it insufficient. Reminiscent of horror hotel..; In the evening and night, voices and young men can be heard on the landing. The grease stains on the cupboards, the kitchen materials, the mold in and around the shower and kitchen area, the stains on the curtain whose origin you don't want to know, the countless mosquito corpses that stick to the wall. Still spent one night on the bed, but a second night NO WAY! When we were kindly informed that we were not feeling well and were dissatisfied with the hygiene and condition of the room, we were promised that consultation with the boss would take place. I should also expect an email that day when checking out, possibly with a compensation. Nothing more heard...

Very bad experience

Very unpleasant experience. Rain was falling in the hallway because of a hole in the roof, the elevator was in terrible condition, the room I was assigned had no electricity, the walls were very thin and my neighbors of levels celebrated until 6 a.m. despite my interventions. And despite all this, no refund was given to me. I don't recommend.
