Neat clean, lovely location!

Terrible experience dirty room poor communication

Very disappointed with hygiene and customer service. Checked in at 5pm to find my room was dirty and had not been cleaned. Towels on the floor in bathroom, dirty bedsheets, etc. Made contact via whatsapp (unable to speak to anyone on the phone despite multiple attempts) and they handled this very poorly. First reply came 20minutes later, and did not get a response for over an hour. Was left outside in the dark with a young child and no idea if room would be cleaned, if could move rooms or if would be able to get a refund. I left.
I am now waiting for refund to be processed.
The apartments are nice and renovated but dirty with no aeration and bad smell. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE

An amazing hotel. The room is huge. Very clean, very modern, very new. There is no reception but the staff is available 24h on WhatsApp and they are incredible friendly and helpful. The check in system is very smooth and easy. Well located (near the central station). I will definitely come back

Location great, cleanliness not

The pictures on the net are great. Respect. If you want illuminated wall cabinets: this is the right place for you. The location is also good. Parking around the corner for little money. The rooms are well cut. The bathroom and toilet are separate. All right. The drop in the ocean was delivered by the bath. The shower enclosure was not clean, the dirt was gathering in the corners. The kitchen equipment was poor, the cutting board spatula. For cooking only a medium pot, which was rocked down accordingly. Look at the picture. A light was broken. It was not nice, therefore only 3 out of 5 points. The entrance area down from the street rarely cleaned or vacuumed. Basically, it may not work with any service on site, in this case not.

Spacious apartment ideally located, 15mins to cathedral via shopping area, with parking (extra). We had a problem with the tv which couldn't be fixed but offered compensation.
