Falta de respeito é total com o cliente.
Fiz uma reserva de pernoite, paguei 50% exigidos e quando cheguei com minha família na madrugada de 26/01 tive a infeliz surpresa de encontrar a pousada fechada. Tentei outras pousadas e hoteis na cidade sem sucesso, pois estavam com lotação máxima por conta do show da Anita. Só consegui vaga num hotel em Cabo de Santo Agostinho pagando 3x mais.

Dificuldade com a vaga de estacionamento;
No momento da reserva, optei por essa hospedagem, pois tinha preferência por banheiro privativo, e ao chegar o banheiro era compartilhado.
Algumas orientações básicas, como chave de garagem, acesso a pousada, não nos foi passado pela recepção no dia do check-in.
No mais, o ambiente é agradável, localização perfeita.
