The hotel is very presentable and has all the basics worked out. Breakfast was fair and the rooftop has a small pool.

The hotel is very presentable and has large rooms with the basics down. The furniture is old but works just fine. Breakfast is fair. And the rooftop is a small but works for a break. The staff was friendly and very happy for our Wishes at the front desk. I would say it’s a little overpriced, but it’s OK.

Unhappy.

He took a tennis in my third day of stay. A walking tennis that I used to go driving, when I arrived I took it off and put it in the corner of the bed, after that I only wore work clothes, I only noticed when I went to wear it again. It's as amazing as it looks like nobody knew anything. It was the first time I stayed for never again.

Good cost benefit

I stayed with my wife and 13-year-old son on Jan/25 for 1 night. The hotel is simple but cosy. Parking is paid the part with maneuver. R$35.00. Optimal location and gives to travel on foot at night. The room is good size. The bed is big and the bedding is good The TV has several channels. The bathroom is good and shower very good. It has a refrigerator. Breakfast is good (variety of fruits, cake, bread, juices, etc).. The receptionists are attentive. I definitely recommend this hotel. There's a swimming pool with a beautiful view on the roof, but we didn't use it.

Good cost x benefit

I stayed 1 night with my family pre trip in Viracopos! Well located hotel with wooded square in front of the hotel with good breakfast! Rooms with frigorifer three stars with good breakfast! Observe the strong odor in the hallways! Very good rest for short stays! Good cost x benefit!

Park Tower never again!!!

The experience is to never go back to this hotel...!!!
The rooms are dirty, the bathroom is not clean in exchange for guests and the reception charged me the nights I had already paid on Booking.com and to return I go a real war...!!!
All staff from reception to cleaning and maintenance support need to be urgently trained...!!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND I'M DISPLAYING IN SOCIAL NETWORKS!!!
I would like to see my experience published on TRIPADVISOR...!!!
I wrote to GOL asking the company not to recommend this hotel to its passengers...!!!
