We had a good night’s stay here. It was really helpful having the free shuttle and the staff were super responsive on WhatsApp in advance. Room was fine, breakfast was fine, all good for the night.

Incompetent and rude staff, worse service ever - avoid at all costs!

I had to stay in this substandard place after American Airlines cancelled my flight to the US. The room wasn't that bad other than the noise from the street and the wobbly hot water in the shower, but when trying to board their "courtesy" van back to the airport I was badly mistreated by the individual in attendance at checkout, demanding a previous reservation, something that no one told me before even as I checked the van times with his colleagues earlier. First ironic, then totally rude and loud so other guests could hear, he made a point that we were "clients of the airline and not his" and that our "obligation" would be to wait for the airline bus much later. Upon my complaining this idiot kept assailing rants towards me. I will work VERY hard to make sure airlines stop bringing passengers to this fifth-category place and strongly recommend everyone to avoid it. Any hotel mistreating tired and senior (I'm 60+) clients like that deserve NO business at all.

This is a perfect option for quick airport transitions. Check in was easy, and staff was attentive and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean, great shower pressure and cold AC for those hot Brasil nights. The room was quite, comfortable and we got a great night sleep before continuing our travels in Brasil. The shuttle can be pre-arranged at check-in (every hour they have a shuttle starting at 4:30am). Please keep in mind the shuttle only drops you off at terminal 2, and to get to terminal 1 you can walk, but for terminal 3, you must use the airport specific shuttles.
We were very tired from a long day of travel and didn't feel like leaving for dinner. The hotel has an excellent restaurant inside where you can order a la carte, or buffet style. There were so many great healthy and delicious options on the buffet - I highly recommend.

Correct hotel near the airport

Located a few minutes from the airport and with free transfer, it is a good choice for a night stopover in San Pablo.
The transfer only goes to terminal 2, east side. If one arrives or leaves from another terminal today than take the free airport bus. In addition, an hourly transfer departs from the hotel, which makes for a long wait.
The room is a reasonable size with comfortable beds and a stocked minibar, but they do not give complimentary water. Likewise, the prices of the minibar are accessible, we drink 2 waters and a soda for less than 6 USD.
Breakfast is correct with variety of products.
The hotel has no luxuries but is fine, nor is there anything in the area to walk. It has a restaurant that we don't even use for being late at night.
