The hotel is weak, needs to improve in many respects.
We spent 7 nights, including the Revival ( 27/12 to 3/01/25). I made the reservation in July and paid the view at the act, specifying that we were in 5 people (two fit), including three elderly, being one over 80 years old, so we requested ground floor since the hotel has no elevator. We were not taken care of at the check-in, as this observation was not in the reservation that was made directly with the hotel. As well as the payment of the feast we made at the time of the reservation. We managed to change an apt to the ground floor the next day, after a lot of confusion and appeal to the elderly legislation.
The rooms are old in their furniture, uncomfortable beds and the bathroom suffering, bad shower, wave, completely dysfunctional. Safety leaves little to be desired, as the doors are old with locks that require maintenance. The overall cleaning needs improvements (brush cleaning toilet vessel in refrigerator replacement basket)
The breakfast is very good, with everything expected from a hotel, and has tapioca and omelet made on time, but orange juice has to order. However, the space should be larger to accommodate the crowd and the more polite and well-humored employees (and the lack of training of employees is visible).
The area of the thermal pools is very old and lack maintenance, has a dirty look.
WHAT WAS WORSE:
The Revival was unpleasant, disorganized. A pity.
It was scheduled to start at 21 hours, but when we arrived (on time) there were no more tables. It was a disorder to get them to mount the table (which was improvised in an inappropriate place and with slope). Plastic table and chairs (a shame).
We got a plastic glass that should be for everything.
Huge queues to serve the available beverages (beer, caipirinha, soft drinks and whisky), any other would be bought apart).
Huge rows to serve the entries (colds and breads) and dinner (supposed dinner). ENTRY, Dinner AND DORMICE WITHOUT REPOSITION AND SERVED IN DESSERT DISTS. That's right, dinner was served in a dessert plate.

Difficult communicating with front desk staff at check in as they speak only Portuguese and no even a basic of English or Spanish and makes no effort trying to understand.
