Don’t expect too much

The hotel rooms are absolutely basic and really old. We had to change rooms because the air wasn’t working but the staff was friendly at this point. In my opinion the hotel needs a complete renovation in all aspects. The breakfast starts at 7:30 and it ends at 10:30 but quality of food could be better. The pool is ok and the location is good point to be considered because we could take vans to go downtown all the time.

Disappointment

The door of the damaged apartment could not be locked, when it was locked it would no longer open. TV doesn't work, we stayed for a week and I couldn't use the internet oscillated a lot and couldn't use. The very omiss hostel manager was never there to complain.

Disappointed

It's the third time I'm staying in this hostel. It's always been fine, but this time, with the new management, it's been awful. Rooms smell bad, and I'm not talking about mold, the awful smell of sewage. The new team does not pay attention, the new manager stays locked in his room watching the cameras, does not welcome the customers, does not solve the problems. Smoking is strictly prohibited in any area of the hotel, even in the open areas. They used to have a smoking area in the garden, now not that. Parking is a joke, both free and paid. Doesn't engage the guests. Breakfast made the quality worse. Bar service as well. The guesthouse is dirty, do not change the towels, only every 3 days. The bed and pillows are not comfortable and the blanket barely fits a person. Air conditioning doesn't work the Flip, and freezer when it works, freezes. On the first day we stayed almost 4 hours without electricity, all guests charging the receptionist and the manager did not show up. TV does not work nor the open channels, the more closed ones. Customers' Wi-Fi does not connect. Broken old furniture. No more recommend. The former manager was much more competent.

Lack of hospitality

We closed our Vacation Package with an agency and when we arrived the hotel was not booked, we showed the voucher and the receptionist contacted someone by phone, we were waiting for the problem to be resolved, it didn't take long, but the problem was the lack of empathy of the receptionist, pq we made a long trip, we were with a child, did not even offer a bathroom, or we sat down and at no time apologized.
The room smelled strongly of cleaning product, but throughout the stay we understood why, to "machi" the smell of mold.
The structure is not bad, but lack hospitality...appropriate hygiene...even with the comments here, I gave a chance because of Instagram, but I deeply regretted.

They need to take care of the basics (e.g. bed), but it is a good option

The location is not bad as many vans pass in front towards the center which is less than 10 minutes away. It's also ok for those who want to walk to the beaches of Mucuge and Pitinga.
The bed is very bad (deep in the corners and high in the center), tiny blanket that doesn't cover 2 people, towels are only changed every 3 days, breakfast should improve the cakes and juices, otherwise everything is very old.
