attention

I was very well served by Mr. Raone, and the whole team. Good facilities, with airy and clean rooms, no luxury, but to the right extent. Excellent location, very close to the night bubble. Cafe da manha, varied, and parking, annexed to the Inn.

Escape from this hostel

I do not recommend this guesthouse, as my experience was PESSIMAL. It's total amateurism. In the cottage, the tiny bathroom and still above the sink with leakage, or, in the words of the service, "descended beach", which for them was normal and did not deserve maintenance or cleaning. I had to put on a face towel like a floor cloth, which was stained during the five days I stayed. In addition, the room, although spacious, was dark, only a small window. Another awful situation I went through was when I arrived at the guesthouse after 22:00 and there was NO guidance or prior warning that the reception closed at 22:00. I should have guessed. Result: there was NO ONE from the guesthouse to hand me the key that was in the reception for the room to be arranged. I was completely disoriented and worried. AND NO ONE LISTES TO THE TELEFONE After 22:00 (NOT THE FIX, NOT THE MOBILE AND NOT THE WHATSAPP RESPOND). It is like this: it was 22:00, it was already. That's so absurd I don't even know. If anything happens in the guesthouse, any emergency, guests can only count on their own luck or on themselves. Breakfast? Horrible. A lot of sweet biscuits, fruits, cheeses and strawberries full of flies, fries, mixed egg finishes every hour, pot juice (BLERGH!). Some might like it, but I found it disappointing. Although all the staff are very polite, it is obvious that the management of this guesthouse is totally amateur and unfortunately my experience was HORRIBLE.

Frustrated holidays

I called two days before check-in and the day to notify the time I would arrive, on the day of check-in I was forced to spat more than 40 minutes at the reception pq the room was not ready. On the third day I left the key at 09h reception for room cleaning and when I returned at 15h they had not done the cleaning. We asked again and we were forced to leave the room pq a poorly polite and disrespectful employee went there to clean up forcing us to leave the room because according to her her time to leave would be that time. Wifi was out of air two days and they even solved the problem. On the last day we were awakened aa 07 by the cleaners to the screams and fighting with each other not letting the guests sleep in peace. Dirty Inn, poorly ⁇ ined, rooms do not match the photos in conservation. Few solice employees. Rating 0 for this place that does not respect the guest

Hydro Bathtub (damaged.)

Unfortunately, it left me wanting, as I paid for the room with the Hydromassage, but without success. Hydro did not work during my stay. When I made the reservation, they helped me right away. Today I'm trying to talk to them and they don't answer me.

A good option to stay in Serra do Cipó

Well located. Good installation, good pools, shower and beds are the same. Clothing is also good. Breakfast well served. The staff were very helpful. I thought it was worth the accommodation. I intend to return in the future. My accommodation was very good.
