The customer service was excellent from all staff that we encountered during our stay. Our room was very clean and recently updated. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast (included) was your standard hot meal, but food was fresh and hot both mornings when we arrived to eat. The only negative was the parking is limited and we arrived in a snow storm and no plowing had been done to the parking lot, which limited the spaces available even more.

Well equipped, clean, and comfy

Friendly, easy check-in with J at the front desk. He explained amenities and helped us get sorted. Up to room 403 overlooking the parking lot (free parking). Pleasantly surprised by size of room and separate areas. Having a different room to watch TV is nice, makes it feel more homey. Also, a TV in the bedroom and then one also in the sitting room/office space is helpful. Well equipped little kitchen area with a sink, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Bedroom has great spot for luggage, super comfy King bed, and a chaise to sit and relax in as well. All the connections required for electronics at the side of the bed as well. Bathroom is good as well, nothing special, but clean and lots of counter space.
Pool isn't large, but not something you get at many Holiday Inn Express locations. Workout areas are also smaller but well equipped.
Breakfast as expected at a HIE, all the regulars, with super friendly staff. Kept everything well stocked, which is sometimes a challenge when it is busy.
Will definitely stay here again in the future.

A Great Winter Vacation

The IHG hotel Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brampton has been my first choice for accomodations for the second time now (August and December) when coming to visit our son in Brampton.
Pushpinder and Abishek and their team are awesome front desk managers, always ready to assist.
The Hot Breakfast was something that we looked forward to every morning to start our snow filled , cool days. Birender and staff made sure that nothing ran out and that there was plenty food for all.
Sangey and Olga invitingly convinced us daily to provide house keeping services for our room making us feel extra special. Me and my family would take a swim in the warm pool and then sit in the hot spa while looking at the snow outside, and when we got back the room was like new.
We had use of the fitness center and Laundry facilities , also the wifi helped us to stay connected with friends, church, family and buisness in the Bahamas.
From this location we went shopping at Bramelea Premium Outlet, visit a friend at Etachchobike Hospital, spent a day at Niagara, Had a great family dinner at Mandarin, spent the New year at church and walked across the street to shop at walmart and do banking even in the snow.
We had a AWESOME vacation !!!!!! Thanks to the Staff of Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brampton. You guys get five stars.

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. 2022, 2023 and this weekend. I have no complaints. The staff were the kindest and most helpful. I gave me milk so I can make my cup of tea. And clean sheets, pillow cases and towels. My stay was pleasant. The newly renovated bathroom is the best. Thanks to the staff for excellent services

Overall, great! Did not bother to fulfil my special request. The surroundings are congested with 18- wheelers! Very industrial!
