Great hotel in a great location
Rooms were beautiful, location was great. Food was great in the hotel restaurant. Staff was great. Bed and pillows comfortable. The shower was... an experience.
The elevators ran on a strange system that worked great + until it didn't. During times when a large group of people attending a conference were using them, the algorithm was terrible. Everyone going up was assigned to one elevator, even when it was impossible for everyone who had push the button to get into the one elevator. Then, you would be in an elevator full of people, stopping on every floor inputted, even though most of the people were not in the elevator car! There must be a way to adjust the settings to determine the number of people entering in floor numbers, so that multiple elevators can be dispatched.
Other than the elevators, it was a lovely stay.

The best hotel of my life with the most humble staff
The best hotel of my whole life with the most courteous staff of my life exceeding Asian/ Latin hospitality known all over the world.
Best part of my trip to Montral - This hotel as the weather was cold. BEST part of this hotel - The Staff : - Julianne checked me in . She was vert friendly. Assigned a good room with a view. Nathaniel- JUST AWSOME-- Always smiling and super courteous. Went way out of his way to help. Could not give me exact change for $50 and $10 bill for bus ticket which costs $11. He added a $1 from HIS POCKET. NEVER HAD SUCH HOSPITALITY from a receptionist before. He gave me a very nice going away gift. He touched my heart. Peter and Aaron were super humble and friendly. Mark in the restaurant gave me good service. Every one including Michelle was very nice. Breakfast buffet was as good as it gets. No negative. One of the best hotels of my life. Great memories. Great surprise- I spent most of my life in the USA. I did not know Canadians were very very kind people. Every single person on the streets in Montreal was SUPER HELPFUL and HUMBLE. Sincere thanks from my heart to the people of Montreal. I was wearing a Colombian hat and poncho. Absolutely zero discrimination.
There is a special elevator inside the hotel that connects you to Metro and therefore almost all Montreal including the Underground City.

Ian and the staff are great
Ian at the at the concierge desk helped me huge in a situation that came up last minute for me great people great rooms. Definitely going to come back again. Everyone was super polite and gave us great food recommendations around the area that weren’t tourist attractions, and places to go where the locals go.

Perfectly located Modern Hotel.
This beautiful hotel is very well situated in Montreal. Rooms are modern and the staff are amazing! Hotel is 5 minute walk from the Montreal Train Station and is located over the metro so easy access to travel around Montreal.

Fantastic location, staff and views
Beautiful hotel, amazing location and staff are always looking to go above and beyond. Ian M at the consigner desk is delightful and is an expert in his field. Jessy, Tony and Chris with the banquet team will do everything to make your visit positive. If you have the opportunity to dine with Saked at Lloyd you won’t be disappointed his passion for food and wine.
