Great place to visit the falls

Excellent place , extremely kind hosts always ready to help. Great location less than 10 minutes by bus from the falls. The first morning our host drove us to the falls to take a tour package that included the bus for 48 hours. The extra breakfast: in short a faultless with human face.

Highly recommend

Excellent hosts, went out of their way in terms of transport to activities and an amazing breakfast. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. Well located. Short walk to train station.Also easy access to bus into town and attractions. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay.

We stayed 2 nights and were very impressed. It is exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the hosts Ted and his wife were marvellous. Ted provided helpful information and we were able to walk to the falls and avoid the expensive parking and crowds. His wife produced beautiful breakfasts and nothing was too much trouble.

Wonderful Experience

Our stay at Butterfly Manor was wonderful. Ted and Wei are delightful hosts and superb cooks. The home was extremely clean and comfortable. The Wego bus stop is approximately one block away. I have no negative comments to make and highly recommend staying here.

Bed, Breakfast, and hospitality

This is a place where the owners will go above and beyond to do anything you might want or need. This small bed and breakfast provided a large clean room with bath, refrigerator, coffee maker, snacks, sodas ,chocolates and more, right down the road from Niagara Falls. It was an easy 20 minute walk to get to the falls, and you could actually see the falls in the distance after a five minute walk. No need to use the car.
The breakfasts were huge with eggs, two meats, fruits and bread. On the last day we had to rachet it down to yogurt and fruit.
We went to see the eclipse, and the owner offered to drive us down there or pick us up. They even bought pizzas for dinner on the basis that there was talk of too many people, and crowding at the restaurants- so they wanted to give their guests a choice. So, if you want to see the falls, and you want a bed and breakfast that delivers more than the name implies-be their guest.
