1, I booked the room in mid-Sept for my elderly parents and I pre-paid HKD 3770.65 (equivalent to CAD 670) for their 3 nights stay in October. Non-refundable.
After their stay, they were shown a hotel copy of the receipt for CAD 499.76. But I paid CAD 670.
2, When they checked-in one day early and needed one more night, they were charged CAD 218 for a room. After I was informed, I checked Trip.com an available room of the same grade should be CAD 148. My elderly parents were sold under false information.

- the hotel staff asked us if we require the house keeping, we clearly answered " Yes", however nothing happened, we then went to front desk and asked the hotel staff for changing towels. about one hour later, we heard somebody knocking our room door loudly, we opened the door and saw one lady from hotel standing at the front of room with one roll of toilet paper.
- before the departure day, we went to front desk and booked shuttle bus at 4:30am next day morning, the front desk lady noted it down and confirmed. 2nd day morning, we checked out and waited for the shuttle bus in the lobby and no bus showed up, we then asked hotel staff what's wrong, he checked the record and told us we missed 4:00am shuttle bus and it was completely our fault. we will have to call Uber to book a car to go to airport to avoid missing our flight. this is ridiculous!!! THIS IS INSANE!!
