Okay for a single night stay

Small room, poorly located (a good 25 minute walk from the nearest half-decent restaurant), no towels until we had asked for them twice...but cheap ($59 USD a night). Not a great breakfast.
Overall, we were not impressed, but I suppose that at that price, we shouldn't have expected much more.

Recommended.

We stayed 3 nights with family. In a room with kitchen.
Location: Very good. Because it's close to the mall, you still have to drive. A pizzeria is 70 meters away and you can walk.
And a few feet more is the jumbo.
Room: The room is very clean and comfortable. With the kitchen that in our case we have a baby served us to prepare some meals and get out of the way. He doesn't have many kitchen utensils, but for some noodles and stuff that's fine.
Breakfast: simple but friendly.
Attention: everyone treated us very well. Very nice everyone.
Important: it has private parking.
We liked the hotel, we thought it was good value for money. Simple, small and pleasant in general. The only thing that would improve is the pillows.
We recommend it if you are looking for something simple and with kitchen to get out of the way.

Very comfortable stay!

Our stay at Departamentos del Sur was absolutely wonderful! The room was large, incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful, professional and attentive. The location was excellent as well.

Lugar muy agradable y cómodo

Muy buena estadía. Excelente atención, lugar muy tranquilo, bien ubicado. Habitaciones muy cómodas, baños limpios, cómodos, calefacción buena, pero sin regulación. Muy buen desayuno, abundante. Buen estacionamiento.
