I had an amazing stay at this hotel, and the service was truly exceptional!
A special shoutout to the receptionist, Ran Xuan, who went above and beyond to assist us every day. Since we didn’t have a China phone number, she helped us order food on Meituan, making things so much easier. She also booked our high-speed train tickets, as we weren’t familiar with the process—it was our first time in China, and her help was invaluable.
On top of that, she always greeted me with a warm "Ni Hao" whenever I passed by the hotel reception, making me feel so welcome. She even checked if we needed to wash our clothes in the hotel room, ensuring we had a comfortable stay.
The hotel room cleanliness was also excellent, which added to the overall great experience.
Overall, 10/10 service—one of the best hotel receptionists I’ve ever met! Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for our 3 sisters trip. New hotel, good location, turn left after exiting the hotel's main door, and walk straight for about 7 minutes to reach the Chunxi Road area. They have good honey black tea upon checking in, and their staff have very good service attitude all day and night. And if you order food delivery, their robot will send it right up to your room door! So cute and convenient!
Incredible room space. We opened up 3x 28-inch and 3x 20-inch luggage, and still can move around freely. Great bed and nice pillows. Good shower. Atour is gonna be my option for my trips to China in the future!

Staff were helpful but they seem to be not very knowledgeable with the activities in Chengdu when we made enquiries. Will be good to have antiseptic spray or wipes in the gym for guests.

Like elsewhere in China, smoking inside the hotel remains unchecked and rampant. No bad things about the hotel but you will need to do some walking to get to places. Special thanks to the hotel staff for many assistance during my stay

The room is small, so there are toilet and bathroom. Bathroom floor has some dirty and we booked for 3 but they provided only 2 set of towels. There are no sleeping lights in room. Then we had to take a long aisle to get to our room. Although staff are nice but they seem not professional, no door men. Overall, the location is good.
