We stayed at Chengdu X Langzong for three nights as part of our honeymoon tour of China. The location is very convenient: close to the metro station and on a central metro line, too! Perfect if you need to take the train to visit, for instance, the Leshan giant buddha. That's about it on the positive aspects. Unfortunately, the hotel has carpet floors in every room and corridor, it smells of cigarettes because you're allowed to smoke in the halls, the toilets have this plastic wrapping on the seat that's supposed to be "to avoid cross contamination" and it's very uncomfortable. Everything has dust of mold on it: from bathroom tiles to the closet where you hang your clothes. The bathroom door was simply crusty and had clearly never been cleaned. It was very unpleasant to stay in such a dirty place. I hope they'll see this review and they'll be inspired to consider elevating the general cleanliness of the place.

您好！非常荣幸您能下榻小阆，让您留下不好的印象，我们深感抱歉。关于您提到的“塑料包装”，是小阆为客人们准备的一次性马桶垫哦，考虑到部分客人对卫生的要求比较高，特意放在房间的呢，如果说您暂时不需要，可以放置一边哦。同时也给您说一下我们的标准打扫流程：敲门进入房间打扫时，我们会收拾垃圾开窗通风，所有的布草（床单被套以及毛巾等）进行拆除送洗！打扫完成后会有专人进行检查（布草检查干净整洁无义务污渍，桌面地面镜面死角除尘，客房物品添加，以及下水检查除毛发异物），同时我们在前一日没有入住的空房间会进行抹尘及吸尘处理，没有问题后才会给您开房！我们会一直坚守自己的承诺在您的鞭策下把卫生做的更好。同时我们设立了专职管家岗，您在入住期间有任何问题可以随时可以拨打前台电话8888，我们前台有专人为您处理！位若是有机会的话，希望能和您取得联系，进行专门的排查整改！同时也十分感谢您对于我们的批评与指教!对此给您道一声深深的歉意! 横眉冷对千夫指，俯首甘为孺子牛，小阆虽小，但是绝对会认真对待差评，努力改正，差评对于小阆来说是不断改进的戒尺，小阆会努力完善服务减少差评，为您提供更优质的服务。期待您的下次光临检验我们的改进成果。

Room was decent in size and reasonably clean. The carpet was very old and in need of changing though. The reception staff were friendly and helpful but need to smile a bit more!

Location is near to subway and only a 20 mins walk to Chengdu east railway station. Number of eateries nearby. Hotel is dated and relatively clean. Breakfast is ok. Chinese porridge with pickles, eggs and vegetables.
