We stayed five days. We ordered small space room but they upgraded free with big one. Howdy smart hotel room was clean, service was nice. Also well located near chunxi road. You can buy foods, fruits, fancy clothes etc.
We got scammed from souvenirs shop in chunxi road. They gave us 3 paper lottery and one was golden card says 10% discount of 3 diamond rings. Turns out fake diamond with fake certificate. As soon as we knew we told our reception. She was quickly called police and help us with progress. We thankfully get refund from shop.
After scam our flight is cancelled we can’t reach the airport cuz we don’t have sim card with call and sms. Reception called our airport and spend one and half hour to handle the situation. And she changed our flight and we got free one night hotel on our transfer city.
We are so thankful for service and generous, helpful reception who help us all of this troubles. Thank you dear ❤️

Have been staying at this hotel every time I visit Chengdu. Location is good even though it is slightly further way from Chungxi subway station E exit.

Location is alright, about 15mins walk to IFS. Daily housekeeping provided! Hotel stay was comfortable. Staff was helpful I was able to store my luggage with them for 2 nights while I go to jiuzaigou. There’s a laundry and dryer machine convenient to use and price is reasonable.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a self service 'laundry bar' at level 8. You will need wechat for washing machine and Alipay for dryer. The staff are very prompt if you need help with the machines. The building may look old from outside the interior is rather good and the rooms are spacious. It is within walking distance to IFS abs Taiguli. Opposite is a residential community, you can sirens spend some time exploring. The hotel also provide bookmarks which will tell you how to get to the different places of interest. It is located near to the lift.
