Thank you to Cora for giving us the chongqing map, fast check in.and for, mr Paul who help our baggage while I held my sleeping child when we check out today.
Thank you ms Wendy to find us deliberation statue and give my child sweet gift.
Breakfast is lovely and location is good. Baby COT also available. Superb will be back if we travel to CQ.

Good for values

Very nice hotel with excellent services from Mr Paul Zhu,Ms Amy Luo and Mr Henry Huang, they are really good while doing their job.
Hotel must do some renovations in all spaces. Aircond, mattress, bathroom, carpets, foods, english trainer.

-Reception and breakfast service staff not warm.
-Walkway from metro station, hotel corridor and room lighting not bright enough.
-Pillows are too soft for our liking.
-Shower room wall tiles need deep cleaning.
-TV not working well. Hotel technician was called in.
-Breakfast items are varied.

Our group total 19 stay hotel for 2 nights, everything was smooth and pleasant. Just the bed mattress too soft, after asked the front desk only know can request take out the topper. Nov start for winter weather While everything was well-maintained, some areas have started to show their age, and a touch of modern updates could really elevate the experience.
