Every thing was fine only thing is the room I booked should be 33sq/m but I don’t think bigger than 25sq/m.

The hotel is located in the city center, lots of high end stores and restaurants around. The room is spacious, clean and good sound proof. Also a subway station is very close by. A Very nice hotel!

Hotel location is good. The sanitation is good, the bedding is good, and there are welcome fruits. Although the Wi-Fi signal is poor, the TV is old and small, and can only watch a few channels. We still feel that we can bear it, but we can't put it on the next night. Hot water comes out, but warm water is always released. If you call the front desk, if there are few customers, you need to put cold water first. I asked how long it would take, and the answer was that I don’t know, because the hot water was normal on the first day, so the situation on the second day , one of us didn't take a shower, and the other didn't take a shower and got cold. In the morning of check-out, I met a staff member and asked a question. A male staff member emphasized that it is impossible to have no hot water. Am I just looking for something to lie about? very angry! Why didn't the hotel inform the guests in advance that the 24-hour hot water sometimes takes a long time to achieve. 13 days in Yunnan, this is the last hotel I stayed in, the hotel with the highest star rating in the city center. The service does not match, the first bad service review is for you, I hope to improve
