The hotel is located in Lanzhou, an important town in Northwest China, the only provincial capital city where the Yellow River passes through the city. The hotel is located in a prime location in the core area of the city, with a prosperous business district and seamless connection with Lanzhou University Station of Metro Line 1. The transportation is convenient and the location is superior. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the railway station and about 30 minutes to reach Lanzhou West. Passenger station, about 1 hour to Zhongchuan Airport. You can also quickly reach the major cultural and tourism landmarks in the city, enjoy the beautiful city scenery, and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Yellow River. The hotel has 3,000 square meters of meeting space, and guest rooms and suites sit on the city's stunning skyline. The sky lobby on the top floor, the all-day dining restaurant, and the executive lounge have a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery of the Yellow River and the city.

Location is good, staff friendly and able to speak English, very helpful and nice.
The room was decently decorated however there were a few inconveniences you would not expect from Hilton. Curtains were missing, noticed too late, in the morning the light was so bright through the sheer, my sleep was disturbed. The room was extremely hot (27 degrees celsius) while the ac was working it still felt too hot. The mattresses felt somewhat different from other Hilton hotels. I struggled falling asleep and kept waking up throughout the night.
The internet speed is locked behind a Hilton membership (2025, having wifi locked behind membership is insane)
The bathtub didn’t have any toiletries nearby, if you want to take a bath and wash yourself you will have to get out of the bathtub and reach for the shower gel or whatever else you need or bring your toiletries with you and put them next to the bathtub before getting in.
The view was nice however the sofa in front of the big windows with the city view had stains and dark spots on it making it a bit uncomfortable to sit on it for too long.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton hotel, it truly exceeded all expectations in terms of customer service and facilities. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and attentiveness. What made my experience even more remarkable was the fact that they graciously upgraded my room without any additional charges, providing me with a breathtaking view and a sense of luxury. The hotel's facilities were exceptional, offering a diverse range of amenities such as a well-equipped fitness center, rejuvenating spa, and a stunning pool. However, what truly stood out for me was the captivating live music that filled the hotel. i've stayed here a few times already. as usual it was a good stay. the staff are all warm, welcoming and friendly with a good understanding of English. such as Nicole who assisted me in changing rooms and even though i was with a chinese speaker she still actively spoke English to keep me in the clear. As well as the young lady who checked me in (Debby or Deborah, i'm really sorry i can't recall her name i was very tired) who was really warm and welcoming.
so the main question would i stay again. yes
