Excellent choice to stay in Nanjing

I stayed in this hotel for two nights on a business trip. The hotel is definitely one of the best options to stay in Nanjing. The deluxe room was spacious with a comfortable king bed and a sofa on the side for relaxing. The decor of the room was a bit dated but it was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was big with all amenities. The bext thing was a QR code based ordering system for in-room dining that avoided all sorts of challenges in communicating with the kitchen for foreign guests. The breakfast spread was huge and the service was prompt. The lunch at Wan Li restaurant was simply superb. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. This hotel is indeed an excellent choice to stay in Nanjing. I would come back here on my next visit.

The location of this hotel is perfect for where I need to be. The Marriott Bonvoy hotel is always much better.

Surprisingly, the hotel room is also equipped with an iron and an ironing board. Hygiene: From the moment you enter the hotel door, everything is spotless, clean and tidy. Although it has been open for several years, and there is no trace of the years, this stay feels timeless. Environment: Low-key luxury with connotation, lively and elegant hotel style. The hotel also has a large garden. I saw several couples taking wedding photos and walking in the garden in their spare time. The environment is really first-class and comfortable. When you walk into the lobby, you can feel the unique aroma of Renaissance. The entire hotel, whether in public areas or rooms, gives people a beautiful feeling, glamorous, low-key and gorgeous. This hotel really perfectly interprets ";Renaissance"; this phrase. Service: Thank you to the lady at the front desk for upgrading the suite and giving a welcome gift. You can receive polite greetings from the hotel staff wherever you walk in the hotel, and the service and response speed are impeccable. Summary: 💯, I will still choose this Renaissance hotel for my next trip to Nanjing, and wait for me to come back!

The service attitude of the hotel is very good, especially Johnson, who is professional in work, fast in handling, enthusiastic in service, clean in room, atmosphere in the lobby, convenient in location, super cost-effective, great! In addition, the hotel has a nucleic acid point!

The service was ok, of course nothing outstanding. There are a lot of rotten leaves in the coriander with the bean curd for breakfast, which is probably caused by the too long storage time prepared the day before. There is a problem with food quality control management. Although I took it away immediately after I put it up (and I didn't replace it with a new one right away), it still makes people feel lingering. There is a big problem with the drainage function of the bathroom. You have to find the toothbrush to pry open the stone to drain the water, otherwise you will soak your feet with dirty water! This is a super minus point, because I am most afraid of soaking my feet in such dirty water in the bathroom, which can almost wipe out the whole good impression.
