Know these things before you go.

Pros: excellent top notch personal service. Couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. Clean. Good location. Beautiful setting. Nice restaurant. Reasonable drink prices as well.
Cons: old and needs maintenance. A/C didn’t work although they tried to fix it. Hotel is quite dated and needs a refresh. They allow smoking in the bar inside and the stench drifts up through the entire hotel. That was hard for us. Croatia has lots of smoking, so we expected that, but not usually inside. The internet connection came and went as well.
Overall good. Hopefully you’ll at least know what the situation is through this review so you can decide if it’s for you or not.

We stopped here and then continue to budva in Montenegro and I must say we enjoyed a comfortable room friendly staff also the fish dinner was tasty and with a price in line with the local with sea view

Fantastic hotel and amazing staff.

What a fantastic quality hotel this is, absolutely classic decoration and furnishings and the bedrooms are spotlessly clean, with the hotel being right on the sea front we chose a room with a sea view and large balcony. Breakfast was a selection of cold meats, fruit, cereal and a choice of omelettes or scrambled eggs, more than enough to set you up for the day. The staff are amazing, they were attentive, friendly and very helpful. There are a number of beach bars and restaurants beside Hotel Niko which were lovely for a sundowner or when you come off the beach. The old town is walkable in about 45 minutes or only 10 minutes by taxi which the staff will arrange for you. If you walk in the opposite direction to the town you will find a lovely walk along the sea front with bars and restaurants and the most stunning sunsets. The hotel has an amazing sea food restaurant with a very good menu, we can wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Niko.

A gem of personal service

A lovely hotel with personal service, lovely atmosphere and great location. Excellent breakfast and first class restaurant. Can be highly recommended. Our favorite hotel. Staff are pleasant, gentle and welcoming. Large rooms and good cleaning.

Sul mare ...

Very nice hotel on the sea. Very friendly staff. Spacious rooms with balcony and air conditioning. Hearty breakfast and with good products, possibility of having coffee and espresso capuccino. Great experience, thanks to the helpful staff.
