Staff is very helpful and patient.

This hotel is ideal for conferences for about 200-400 people. Very nice facility with wellness. Surroundings are beautiful, suitable for walks and biking.
Nice and cozy place with sufficient net access. Good value for money.

One week stay with a family

We came here as 4 families together to celebrate the 70th Birthday of my mum and aunt. 3 families stayed in the cottages (we preferred more privacy and being together in the evening without all other people around us) and one family stayed in the hotel. The family staying in the hotel had a problem with a leaking window. The cottages were clean and had basic equipment to be able to cook (no coffee machine, but didn't bother me as I don't drink any coffee). We were unlucky with the weather, the first part of the week rained a lot so we joined the animation program and here I would like to highlight the 2 animators David and Anicka, who really did their maximum best to accommodate all the wishes from 7 year old to 75 year old. This animation program under their guidance was a top and definitely 5 star if not more. Problem was that at the 3 day of our stay a 100 people have arrived for a congress and this was not very well done by the hotel. Seems like that the manager or whoever was responsible for the congress forgot that some of the meeting were booked in the animation rooms so David and Anicka had to often look for alternative program. We as adults adjust easily but explain it to a 7 year old that was looking forward to a special activity.
Kristina at the reception was also a great help, always smiling and willing to answer any questions (she definitely shows enough professionalism for a 4 star hotel).
We ate twice at the bar close to the reception and were served by Sasa and she was also always available and very fast with our request which can't not be really said about some of her young colleagues, but who knows maybe it will get better in the future.
If it rains and you have to stay in then there are several options to do, but let me say that we found them all quite expensive. The only activity used a lot was a bowling, many other activities were hardly booked and that would for sure get better if the prices were lower. Inside swimming pool in 80 CZK/hour (Adult) and is extremely small and needs serious remake. If you are there with 10 people it is too much.
Outside pool was much better and would be nice if it is open more often, some people like to swim even if its cloudy and 20 degrees.
Tennis court and volleyball court were always empty, who would be surprised if you would be charged 220 CZK/ hour to play volleyball.
We went to the wellness and that was really great, clean, neat, professional attendance and very nice environment, we highly recommend it.
My aunt and I took a massage and also that was a top service, highly recommended.
Walk to the ruins Oheb is 5km and offers a nice view and walk to the nearby lake is 5 minutes and you can nicely swim there in the summer for free :-)

Summer stay

We spent a short time at the hotel and were very pleased with everything. We will be back next year for a longer stay. They think about children and their entertainment. There is beautiful nature around the hotel, the facilities and the food were great.

Hotel Jezerka

I stayed with a friend at Hotel Jezerka. Staff, rooms and wellness area were great! There is also possibility to reach the nearby lake (10 min by walk).
External and internal pools available and many more activities.
The only down is the bed, not comfortable.
