Very Mixed Experience
Room was perfectly acceptable for a 3 star hotel although AC unit's best days were probably in the 1990's and housekeeping was a bit erratic.
Hotel is not in centre of Albert which is important because you won't want to dine at hotel & certainly won't want to use the bar because it seemed acceptable to have no beer...?
If all you want is a bed then all's fine here

A good hotel, and an excellent base if visiting the WW1 sites.
Breakfast was a bit surreal. On our first day we came down at 9:00 am, there were no plates, breakfast teabags, no milk, no croissants (which we had to ask for), we were not made aware that we could ask for eggs and bacon, and I only realised this was an option after reading the reviews on here. Service was very discreet and was literally do it yourself, which is fine but I think service could be improved in this area. All the items missing were replaced on asking, when I eventually found someone to ask.
Nice lounge area and general decor overall good.
Lots of parking.
Not particularly disabled friendly, no lift to our room and my husband was using crutches so not ideal. I’d suggest the hotel might need to consider accessibility options.
Albert has some decent restaurants and it is excellently located for visiting the Somme.
