Very good hotel

Located just a few hundred meters from the motorway, this hotel is also close to many restaurants giving us a 10 ° / ° discount on their rates (the Pataterie for example).
Very nice hotel welcome by Virginie. Our room was set back from the road: absolute quiet. Excellent bedding , small but well appointed space . No worries about heating despite an outside temperature close to 0 degrees.
Exceptional value for money. This was our first visit; we will come back here next time.
We did not have breakfast so no comment on this point.

a stay in the cold

Hello and Happy New Year to you travelers. holidaymakers and those passing through Limoges to find a decent hotel with good value for money, well I leave you my experience lived over two nights after, you are free to choose your hotels. I have positive to tell you but also negative, I start with the positive side first: all the staff including the boss, her daughter and the lady who takes care of breakfast they are at best nothing to report. I had two breakfasts at will for 7.90€ / pers you eat to your hunger there is enough choice so nothing to say, so the location and the environment well placed for a few nights, on the other hand I had room 02 in the form of house ground floor, already the location a little noisy cause traffic side road and client parking, noted although all the rooms are in the form of small terraced and individual houses. the door of the room we see the day through especially we feel the cold pass, this room I may increase to maximum the temperature of the heating to 31 ° the cold persisted and any cold remains soft, bed, floor to the point I wore 3 socks. a jacket and a vest the 2 nights during my stay. I strongly advise you not room N° 2 in winter and the square pusher of the toilet flush dislocated, the shower curtain lacks attachments at the top, broken and its black color does not go at all with the room the chair clapper, the arrived hot water for the shower takes time to be hot but once in the shower becomes burning, lighting systems headboard poorly fixed. The hotel is not very clean as it can do better especially the ground, this hotel is located in the northern area of Limoges with several restaurants also around the shops and a large Carrefour not far on foot, far from the city center and the heart of Limoges so a car is recommended otherwise you have a bus stop that is not far on foot, this room 02 giving side road so even if
the door and the window are closed we still hear the traffic of cars and starting cars and motorcycles on parking because there is just the hedge separating, the hangers to hang the clothes are broken, a large red blanket at your disposal but dirty, some long hair in bedding, smells coming from outside will know if chemical or sewer especially in the morning and noise bins also in the morning, the front door hard enough to open to close you have to find the technique waiting for good stay and especially do not hesitate to tell truths and that truths about your comments. The manager and her employees are always very welcoming and available.
Breakfasts are full.
We choose this place at every passage in the region.
We find more expensive and worse.

Yeah, sure.

The welcome was great - very nice. As we were there for 5 nights, we had a room that overlooked the back so very quiet... which we enjoyed very much. The staff (reception but also agents for breakfast and cleaning) were really smiling and polite; in short a pleasure. We'll be back... Thank you.
