A perfect stop in an inexpensive but clean and seemed newly renovated hotel. Ill be back for sure as Id like to see more of Troyes.

Run away!!!

We could not experience this hotel as we were fired!!! Well yes the central reservation made a reservation for a TRIPLE room when there are only DOUBLES and refusal to welcome us with my husband and a child after 7 hours drive. No commercial gesture to find us 2 rooms at the original price (there was still room) since it is their mistake and not ours! And exorbitant price offered (yes... why not enjoy the human distress...)! So we were on the street in TROYES at 10pm in the evening! Sympa B and B !!! And very human obviously!!!!

a very good reception , parking below the hotel, small downside the elevator not available for children

Very welcome, perfect bedding, friendly and friendly staff, we needed ice for our cooler, they provided us, a big thank you to them. small downside the elevator which is not available for disabled people.

Satisfied

Very good, I am very satisfied with my stay. Neat room with all the necessary comfort, varied breakfast, unlimited. Friendly and available staff. My room overlooked the back of the building and not the boulevard and therefore it was very quiet.

Noisy hotel since it is on a boulevard, non-existent soundproofing, dilapidated (cigarette burns on the floor almost everywhere), redneck clientele screaming, screaming, loud music
Impossible to sleep before midnight or after 6 a.m.
As for the Bedding: uncomfortable
In short, gloomy...to avoid
