Dog refused although on the website it is indicated that they are accepted in the establishment
It's a shame. We therefore requested a refund for our breakfast since we could not have it. It was refused to us.
So we said that we were not going to tie our dog outside but to have breakfast with him and that if that was refused we were going to inform the spa of their intention to tie the dog outside since it was at the spa that we we adopted it.
So we had the right to take him with us.

Je pense qu'il y a eu une incompréhension et nous vous prions de bien vouloir nous en excusez.
Tout d'abord, sachez que nous n'avons rien contre nos amis les animaux et bien au contraire, c'est pour cette raison que notre établissement les accepte avec grand plaisir.
Il va de soit, que malgré tout, il est nécessaire d'avoir quelques règles de vie en communauté pour le bien de tous.
Votre animal est autorisé dans votre chambre, aux abords de l'hôtel (en laisse, sous votre surveillance) mais pas dans la salle de petit-déjeuner pour des questions d'hygiène .
Il est tout à fait possible de laisser votre animal dans votre chambre pendant ce temps là (temps relativement court) ou de prendre d'autres dispositions que vous jugeriez plus adaptées en fonction de votre animal.
