Very nice staff - some details should be corrected but still

In advance: no matter when checking in/out or breakfast or housekeeping: they have super friendly staff. Even if make hardly spoke German, but they have smiled it away and by actions. It is a better copy of a "magenta" chain of another hotel group. Areas for socializing. Not like a late-purchase supermarket where you have to help yourself. The room: this time with desk to work on (the last stay in a niu there was no!). A very personal welcome, but unfortunately no coffee capsule - just the machine. A little kitchinette. Very nice bathroom. At breakfast, I get the details that irritate me: there is ginger orange shot but the ready-made fruit salad from Transgourmet, which is available in 80% of all hotels (you can always tell by the pieces of watermelon that look artificial). Lactose-free condensed milk, but lactose-free milk only on request (there is oat and soy milk). No problem: I get a whole jug hot. What bothered me a bit: the attempt to educate myself on "healthier" bread products. There are no bread rolls or breads made from pure white flour except croissants. The toast is with grains. All rolls with grains. The loaves of grain. I had tried my hand at a bread: Still warm, but the floor so hard that you couldn't get it through with the knife: but someone jumped in immediately to help me. But I'm glad she had the same problem. Very nice details: Hummus, garden cress, olive oil and balsamic vinegar... and now a white bread in the toaster... that would have been heaven on earth... but I now know what the glass in which the hummus was offered looks like... I bring an empty glass and exchange it with the full glass! Then they don't realize I stole the delicious hummus...

Highly recommended!

Very uncomplicated check in/out.
Friendly staff, very clean and spacious room, quiet with very good transport links.
Breakfast buffet very balanced and abundant of everything available.
Would love to come back as a guest.

Watch out for dates with events, Overbooking

We made Reservation in February for a few days in September on the occasion of a fair. We paid in advance for the Reservation and confirmed it in April because we were a group of 5 people.
5 days before the event, we are contacted by two of the 5 people by email saying that there are no rooms for us and propose a change to another hotel in the chain almost an hour away.
We tried every way to find a solution, but communication at all times was tense and unpleasant, with no option to solve anything.
In the end we had to cancel the room of the 2 people and look for another hotel, 2 days before our arrival in stuttgart.
We're still trying to get the advance money back.
Nothing like this has happened to me.

We enjoyed our stay for the week ! Friendly staff and nice rooms. The breakfast had plenty of options. Short walk to the train station.

Close to Shelmenwasen u-bahn station. close to hauptbahnof and noon checkout is convenient. one train station and then 10 minute walk to rewe center which has great bakery.
