Excellent stay!

Like every time the hotel exceeded all our expectations! The staff was warm and attentive, the rooms were spotless clean and perfectly designed, and the professionalism of all staff members is outstanding. The bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay and can’t wait to return!

The hotel says it is okay to have a drainge problem in the shower cubicle !

This is about a bad experience faced from an organised and official day robbery establishment. Call it subjective, but do let the common sense and basic standards that this is not right.
February 2025 I have booked a premium room @Athens City View Urban Suites to find out that my room suffers from the following:
1- Water leak from the toilet hand shower
2- Washing basin water is coming up from the shower drainage, hence the Filth of the drainage is in the shower. When complained the management told me it is an Athen city problem and they can't do anything about it. When I know this is a plumbing issue of the plumber whos installed it not Athens City problem. With all the backward and forward discussions with the manager, I have came to my decision.
I informed the hotel that I can't stay in a hotel with such a problem and that I will be checking out in the morning and asked for a refund of the remaining nights that I haven't stayed in. He refused my request and said the problem I am complaining about is not a real problem and should be able to accept it as no one else had an issue with it, although it is there as described above.
The hotel refused to issue the refund, and to make things worst and to show their dishonesty, they claimed on the Booking.com under my reservation a No showup. So they can justify the none refund.
Booking.com hasn't done what they suppose to do. Investigate, and come back with a resolution. Instead they slide it under the carpert without challenging the hotel of the dishonest claim of no show up and issued me a voucher of €101.00 on account to use in my next travel. Where I have paid €385.00.

Staff was fabulous!! Our room was a good size, clean, and comfy. It was in busy area ( located above restaurant and on main strip) but noise did not bother much. I enjoyed our stay and staff were super nice.

Lovely little gem, very friendly personel, clean and large room.
Only minus is the noise from the street - but that’s the price of the centric placement

Nice place, newly renovated. Keep in mind you have to walk upstairs to reception desk. Elevator is available but not from the ground floor up.
