Great place to stay

The apartment was basic but very clean. The air con was very good and the beds are very comfortable. The owners Natasha and George and their son dimitris were very friendly and always available if there was any problems. The apartment is only a couple of minutes walk from the supermarket and all the bars and restaurants.

Absolutely vile no stars

Absolutely vile filthy box to stay in place was filthy dirty smaller than advertised scruffy loungers dirty beds blood on towel provided dirty mop cleaners cleaned with one day out of 6 no hot water for 3 days and owners horrible manners when I spoke to them they told me would move me to a better one when available and wouldn't charge me for the two days stay yet then changed there tune said I was lying and that I just wanted a free stay wouldn't honour his promise was really nasty towards me intimidating me trying any ways we had to leave find a new place as it was that bad

Great experience

Apartment in the center of kardamena and minutes from the beaches. I stayed for 14 nights with my family also consisting of 2 children and we had a great time. Comfortable beds and pillows, kitchenette with everything you need to prepare a coffee with fashion (in our apartment there was) or a quick pasta for the baby. Bathroom with shower. The rooms were cleaned with change of sheets and towels every 3 days. Each room had a nice balcony and the house was cool and sunny.
The staff is always kind and present.
If we return to kardamena we will definitely return to these apartments.

Short stay with family

Totally okay stay for what it cost. If you want to stay a little longer, you can also cook in the apartment. Close to the beach and shopping. A small supermarket with everything you need a couple of hundred meters from the accommodation. SmartRental.gr Rent a car A stone's throw from the accommodation with nice cars at great prices!

A successful holiday with nice Greeks

In September 2023 we were lucky enough to stay in the "Kaloxenia Apartments" in a 3-person studio on the 2nd floor. Our studio had a large balcony and a smaller one on the other side of the house. Two deck chairs were also provided for us on the large balcony in addition to the seating area. Everything is lovingly furnished, including a small kitchen that was well equipped with glasses, plates, pots, tea towels, etc.
The shower was equipped with a long shower curtain so the floor was always dry. The water pressure was also excellent and there was always warm water. The beds had very good mattresses, which ensured a comfortable sleep.
The cleanliness of the rooms, the changing of towels and bed linen as well as the helpfulness and friendliness of Natasha and Georgius left nothing to be desired. We would like to thank you very much for that!
We can therefore highly recommend this accommodation and would easily give it one more star.
Kos itself certainly offers something for every taste, whether for hiking enthusiasts in diverse nature, miles of beaches for bathing lovers or for visitors to mountain villages, some of which are located at dizzying heights and offer fantastic views of the neighboring islands. There is even a lot on offer on the island of Kos for lovers of historical cultural sites, monasteries and museums.
