Disappointment.
In the morning we ordered breakfast in the room. Big mistake, because apparently in this "5star" hotel there is no such service. First they brought us the coffee with the corresponding fee and when we contacted the reception again, they brought us a breakfast dish that would be ashamed to serve even third class guests. Not a bottle of water, not even two towels.
The spa spaces are decent, a little like old sanatoriums but decent. The massage, procedural. Distant and cold the massager practices an unknown, for those who have experience of what means good massage, technique that does not correspond in any case to the cost.
We said nothing. The cold behavior of the staff predicts that any complaint will fall into the void because either it is their policy or they express their dissatisfaction with their direction in this way.
Shame. Could be a lot better.

better was earlier unfortunately
On Christmas day at the bar there was the same Levi with a powerful amplifier thing that also expelled the world. I remember 2017 when the bar was crowded. Also prices in the services and bar have risen a lot.
I was also terribly impressed by the face of a wet kitten who entered the reception and became panicked who would throw her first on the street. Indeed, an elderly lady, probably a hotel manager, kicked her all the time. The best hotels abroad are now pet friendly...
At least we enjoy the water...

A pleasant surprise
The great advantage is the friendly staff, all with a smile, positive mood and helpful and the facilities and especially in the spa.
We rested and refreshed.
We found our shelter.
Aidipsos is very atmospheric and beautiful.
We strongly recommend it.

A unique journey in every sense
We've been going to this hotel since 2010. It's a unique place. Historic building, excellent service, rooms, delicious food from its gardens and gardens owners hotel, and of course the best thermal water composition in the world.
There's no chemistry in the pools, as the water is constantly renewed. At night, the water is drained, the pools are cleaned and refilled.
