Oyo

Of the vast number of Oyo hotels that I saw in Delhi, this one was another amongst them. Located in the area of Paharganj this Oyo is pretty good in terms of location and also has a good vibe to it. Just good.

Not a good one!

Last December, I have visited Delhi with a friend. We have booked the hotel from Oyo. In the photos, it was looking good. But when we have arrived there, we found that our room is very small and stinky! Especially the washroom was horrible!! We have immediately asked for a change and they have provided an upgraded room with additional money. But the boarder of that room just checked out and the room wasn't serviced. So we just dropped our bags and left for a city tour and asked the room service to clean up the room. But when we have returned at the hotel around 4/5 hours later, we surprisingly found that the room is still not cleaned up. Again we asked them they just changed the bedsheet and that's it!
On the second day, the lift wasn't working and we had to use the stairs (very uncomfortable one) several times throughout the day.
This hotel is very stinky, unhygienic, smells of cockroaches everywhere!! Room service is very poor. This is the hotel I will never want to stay again!

This hotel was really great To care of tourist always take care Always manager smile very nice and take care Funny good restaurant Test Indian food like feel home so I really like this place to stay in Delhi

Dirty

Unfortunately this hotel was dirty. Filthy towel on the floor in the bedroom on arrival and I am 100% sure the room was not cleaned before I checked in. I mentioned this to reception more than once and was ignored. Last night there I Noticed them folding clean towels ...... I finally got a towel too! Sorry Rachna, but you will have to step up your game
