Do not miss out on best wildlife experience ever!
I can only recommend to come here. Unforgettable place, beautiful lodge, friendly people, great wildlife experience. Yummy food and all over clean. We celebrated our birthday here, and we were touched by so much warmth and welcoming by the staff at the lodge. We got a cake and dinner at different areas. So much effort into small details that makes one happy and brings a smile onto your face. Holy was lovely - seeing Indian culture at its roots. Happy to have been here.

Amazing wildlife experience in a natural setting
Great location close to Madhei Gate, its a large property, a huge part of which has been kept wild. The Naturalist team led by Faiz was superb, and helped us plan our safaris well in advance. We had wonderful sightings on every drive - while luck plays a great part, Faiz's knowledge of the forest and its wildlife was critical . The cottages were of a high quality, spacious and spotlessly clean. The food was very good. The team went out of their way to meet our every request, especially relating to food preferences. As we had had our fill of seeing tigers in Madhei zone, on the last day we took the day safari to Churna zone. Very few vehicles, beautiful landscapes, a good lunch at the Forest rest house. Recommended, though sightings were apparently fewer than at Madhei at the time we visited. However, we did see 2 tigers there as well, close by on the road, and we were the only vehicle at the spot! Without any hesitation we would recommend Forsyth Lodge to visitors to Satpura NP, especially those who value quality natural wildlife experiences more than unnecessary frills.

The best safari lodge I have stayed in ever!!
The best wildlife lodge I have stayed in so far! Great location, luxurious rooms with all basic amenities, friendly and helpful staff and amazing food across all meals sum up a perfect vacation at the Forsyth Lodge!
Our 3 night stay at the property was made memorable by Nipun who was our go to person for all queries related to the area and the wildlife.He is a treasure trove of knowledge and is tireless in sharing his knowledge while in a safari or otherwise.Worth mentioning that we had booked our safari in the core way before our travel dates through the lodge itself. A special mention needs to be made of the chef , who we wanted to but couldn't meet.What an amazing culinary artist he is! All the meals, snacks etc. were mouth watering- ly tasty!
All in all it was a great 3 nights spent at the property, not to mention the 2 tigers we saw while on safari! We will surely be back!

Ein besonderes Erlebnis!
Vom ersten Moment an sind wir hier ganz außergewöhnlich umsorgt worden. Eine Vorabend Wanderung im umliegenden Dschungel wurde uns viel vom persönlichen Führer gezeigt und erklärt. Am nächsten Morgen ging es auf Jeep Safari, Amimesh unser Führer war natürlich auch dabei. Nach einer kurzen Bootstour waren wir im Reservat. Wir bestiegen den Jeep und gleich ging es los, es wurde ein Tiger gesehen. Da sollten wir auch hin. Rasant auf holprigen Wegen. Nach einer 1/2 Stunde standen wir in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Tiger. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Wir haben soviel Tiere dort gesehen, einmalig. Nachmittags auch wieder den Tiger, weil unser Führer wusste, daß nach dem Fressen Durst kommt. Wir kommen wieder das ist sicher! Es ist nämlich das beste Resort im besten Nationalpark.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt
Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in der Forsyth Lodge verbracht! Von Anbeginn an wurden wir verwöhnt. Unsere weiblicher Naturalistguide Zaee verstand es mit viel Herzblut und grossem Wissen, unsdie Tier- und Pflanzenwelt des Satpura Nationalparks vorzustellen. Wir hatten sogar das riesige Glück, gleich bei der ersten Tagessafari eine Tigerin beim Verdauungsschlaf anzutreffen, was in diesem Park nicht alltäglich ist. Zudem trafen wir 2 mal auf Sloth (Lippen) Bären und sogar eine Dschungelkatze. Das gesamte Personal hat uns von A-Z verwöhnt und war so etwas von liebenswert, wir fühlten uns richtig gut aufgehoben. Die Bungalows sind sehr komfortabel ausgestattet mit schönen Bädern und sehr guten Betten. Eingebettet in eine wunderschöne Gartenanlage mit all den vielen Vögeln ist diese Lodge etwas sehr Spezielles. Das Essen war sehr authentisch zubereitet, und dies meist aus Eigenanbau in Bioqualität, was man eher selten findet in der Wildnis. Am Schlussabend veranstaltete das Management noch einen wunderbaren Barbequeabend um ein grosses Feuer in einem abgegrenzten Bereich der Parkanlage, mit vielen bunten Lampen liebevoll dekoriert. Ein Ort wo man sich wohlfühlen kann. Wir können diese Lodge allen wärmstens empfehlen.
