Disappointing Stay: Unclean rooms, false advertising, and poor service. Don't be fooled by online pictures.

I stayed at FabHotel Super 3 Premium in Varanasi and had a bad experience. The hotel was dirty, and the pictures online didn't match reality. They sold my room even though I paid in advance. There was no kitchen or restaurant, and when I asked for towels, they didn't have any until I complained to customer service. The night receptionist was rude, and the hotel is far from the main attractions. Overall, it was the worst service I've experienced in a FabHotel. Don't book here.

The room is very good. however, the food is not at all nice they need to change their cook.
I stayed for 3 days, they did not came for a single day to clean the room.
