Excellent service but needs more care from management

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very central for shopping and night life. The rooms are clean but there are few things we were not happy with the maintenance:- the water pressure and hot water was not working. The staffs were very quick and good to solve the situation but it did not help. The management needs to invest to upkeep the hotel and the humidity in the room was very high therefore the smell was intense. Management need to look into.
The breakfast was the best. It was served on order from the menu inclusive in the price. Everything was fresh and delicious. Excellent service and staff were very helpful.

Very strategic area

This is my first time visiting Viva Dash.. The location is very strategic, with many choices of cafes and bars around the hotel area.. The staff is friendly and the check-in process is also fast.. The interior of this hotel is very unique with an urban theme that features bright colors with touches of graffiti art and contemporary design elements.. As for the rooms, they are quite spacious with complete facilities.. I enjoyed staying at Viva Dash..

Perfect Location, Stunning Rooftop, Welcome Beers, Great Value!!

I chose this hotel for its price and location, and it did not disappoint! The two welcome beers you get when you arrive is a great start!
The location is absolutely perfect for everything you need in Seminyak—just minutes from Seminyak Square, my morning coffee at Sisterfields, right across from Potato Head Beach Club, and close to incredible restaurants like The Iron Fairies, Mauri, and more. The location is truly 100%!
After spending a week in Canggu, I stayed here for two nights to end my holiday, and it was the perfect place to relax. The bedrooms exceeded my expectations—the view of the skyline from my Studio City View room balcony was fantastic.
But an amazing feature is the rooftop! The stunning views from the rooftop were definitely a reason to book this hotel. It’s the perfect spot to kick back with a drink (3-for-1 cocktails!) while getting a tan. This is exactly what I was looking for.
It’s hard to find a better option when it comes to location and facilities. Highly recommend!
