Hotel quite old lot of furnitures little bit broken like door and then wardrobe . The water quite small during the peak hours. Stay there 2 nights. 1 room in the first night so many issues so the next day we requested to move to other room. Quite sad they dont really check the room condition before give to the customer but yes i can say their service and hospitality is good but yes hope they can do more renovation and check each room condition to avoid some complaint again. The breakfast quite nice lot of varieties as well.

Our family had a wonderful staycation at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to an executive room, which made our stay even more special. The room was spacious, nice and cool, and clean with a 50 inch Smart TV—exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway.
The pool was great, and our kid had an amazing time playing, especially with the new playground. It’s a fantastic place for families, with plenty of space for little ones to have fun.
Since it was fasting time, the hotel went the extra mile by sending breakfast to our room, which was a thoughtful touch. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it for a comfortable and family-friendly staycation.

Old but huge hotel in Solo with reasonable price. It’s a 4 stars hotel but I think it hasn’t been renovated for a long time and it’s clearly showing. Bed is comfortable and the air conditioning is working well. The TV is still cable TV and not a smart TV so it can’t connect to streaming services. Breakfast options are very limited even though it’s a big hotel, but it does serves traditional foods which are quite unique and rare to see in hotel nowadays.

Check in was very slow. I came early but we can't arrange for early check-in, so we went to town to shop first.
When we came back to hotel, our the room is not ready yet.They suppose to prepare the room because I came earlier on.
They asked us to wait for 20 minutes but still not ready, reason they only have 5 rooms of such and need more time to clean.
It's not acceptable.
The manager was quite apologetic and allowed us to check out slightly late at 1 pm. But still we checked out at 12 because we need to continue our journey.
Overall, the staff is nice. Room is a bit dirty, water drainage was bad, shower area was flooded might be the drainage a bit clogged. Mosquitoes is everywhere in the room, what should we expect from old Hotel right?

Please bring mosquitoes repellent & be prepared to clogged sewage ( need to flush umpteen times).
The surrounding area is very green, nice scenery except for the bad drainage where all mosquitoes breeding there.
