-terkesan horor pas datang,tapi tidak terlalu begitu saat masuk
-stock bantal by request sisa sangat sedikit padahal hotel lagi tidak ramai

Seharusnya lebih baik
Sarapan paginya sangat memuaskan bagi saya dan bisa diantar untuk di nikmati di kamar..
Tapi waktu saya menginap ada sedikit kendala di saluran air kamar mandinya, beruntung pihak hotel dengan cepat dapat mengatasinya..

A place for u who have no other choice!
1) kamar mandi sangat bau rokok pdahal kami memesan kamar yg non-smoking room
2) tempat sampah d kamar mandi sangat kecil seperti tempat sampah mainan yg cuma selebar genggaman tangan
3) lift yg cuma satu kondisinya sangat mengkhawatirkan, dan saat 2 hari menginap bbrp kali tdk bisa d gunakan karena perlu perbaikan
3) point ketiga ini menurut saya point terpenting karena menyangkut pelayanan dari hotel. Kami memesan room + breakfast. Hari pertama kami trun utk sarapan pukul 08.30 dan makanan sdah hmpir habis, cuma tersisa nasi goreng, bahkan kami harus menunggu utk piring dan gelas. Hari kedua kami sengaja turun lebih pagi jam 7.30 dan ternyata sama saja. Bahkan lebih parah, selain harus menunggu untuk piring dan gelas kami juga harus menunggu utk minuman yg perlu d refill bahkan bbrp orang perlu mnunggu utk duduk karena meja dan kursi yg terbatas. Untuk menu sangat sederhana, tp bisa d mengerti krn memang termasuk low budget
