A new nice small hotel in east Surabaya
I stay in this hotel for one night, a new hotel, clean, strong water shower, nice aircon and large 1 bed. Staffs are helpful and friendly. This hotel is closed to Bon Amie and RM Bu Rudy for traditional breakfast. I am very satisfied to stay here

Building : Easy to find, Dharmahusada Indah area.
Parking : You can't always see security officer. Vehicles park at basement. Elevator available or simply using stairs because its only 1 floor left.
Front desk : Nice. What's good is they had letter ZOOM in shadow. Also you can see Red Ducati Monster there.
Room : Spacious. I got in 1st floor with no window view. Room corridor nice and clean, also it has motivational quote. Saw housekeeping staff along the way and they're also nice. Room using vertical blind. I was in Deluxe Executive type, which is twin bed joined.
Bathroom amenities : 2 toothbrush/paster, hair cap, cotton buds, soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser, 2 bath towel and 1 bath mat. Hot water little tricky. plastic in toothbrush/paste and brush little too thick, I need to use my teeth to opened it.
Room amenities : 2 slipper, 2 complimentary mineral water, no mini bar, 1 sheet of paper in ZOOM template, good channel tv, all lamps working properly, plugs too far away from beds. Bed was nice and w i d e buuuuuuuuuuuuuutttt I NEED MORE PILLOW! :))
Breakfast at 1st floor. Other motivation quote at its walls. Egg corner available.
I have trouble with my mobile signal but ZOOM wifi was good so I'm good :)

Nice hotel
I came to surabaya because of business trip. I stayed at Zoom. hotel only for 1 night. I kind of person who realy objectives to give value of something. So here's my review.
Location
The location of this hotel i must say is the best. Near to everywhere, business center .
Concierge
I dont realy know if this hotel. Has a concierge. Then i found "I Concierge" on the website. However i dont get enough explanation about this thing
Reception
When i checked in, the check in process were fast, i got non smoking room and king size bed. The ambiance of the hotel are unique
Room
The room were clean, it's quite spacious also. Is good for me due to i stayed here only for business trip. Oh maybe you guys can put some more amenities inside the room.
Food
I didnt tried the food yet due to i need to leave the hotel early morning to go to airport. The only thing that i confused is i ordered breakfast box, i got toast bread with jam and watermelon. BUT, i didnt get water and at least pastic cutleries to eat. How can i eat something without drink and cutleries. Anyway, maybe this thing its only small part and not bothering me much but still need to be taken care of.
Overall i really happy stay at zoom hotel and will be back for sure

Good value budget hotel
This hotel is new. Location is great. Lots of foods nearby. There is a supermarket just across the street. The room is very big for a budget hotel. Unfortunately, shower hot water is not so great. Breakfast is average if not below average. I think Zoom Dharmahusada should pay more attention on the breakfast. The parking lot is limited.
Overall it still a good value hotel.

Best Place on Best Area
Stayed there for 2 night and it was lovely stay. The room is clean and tidy, they have completed for the amenities in bathroom..
And the hotel also new one,if I am not mistaken maybe its been around 6 months.
The staff was very helpfull and friendly..
