A fantastic stay!

A fantastic stay from all points of view.
Quiet location a stone's throw from the river and a splendid view in the morning at breakfast!
Daniele at check-in was extremely helpful and Mariagrazia welcomed us every morning with a smile (must try her focaccia for breakfast, excellent!) Rooms cleaned every day. What can I say, everything was perfect.

Bad.

We liked the way the location was located, functional for the planned boat trip. Unfortunately it was a bad experience, the Place is Neglected, the room smelled bad, the Owner never responded! We escaped!!! Terrible place, stay away!!!

Squallido

Old furniture, questionable cleanliness, bad smell in the room. We tried to contact the staff following the bad smell in the room but they never responded. We were supposed to stay two nights but we left because it was not possible to stay in that room.

Surreal experience

Booked and paid via booking, we arrive and the room is damp and there are no additional blankets available. No heating available, we took a shower in a cold environment. No bidet. We go out for dinner and meet the owner of the house (I underline Home, not villa), unpleasant and unpolite person who tells us that we must not stay there that night due to weather risk, let's say he almost drove us away. After a while the manager calls us who offers us an alternative in the hills at a certain distance in another structure. we decline the offer remaining in agreement for a refund of the sum spent and we pack up our things and leave. after two months I am still waiting for a refund. the manager is no longer available, he has blocked me and through a complaint to booking ( 2 times) they told me that they contacted him 5 times for this story without receiving a response. These people need to change their jobs and have it done by capable people.

A nightmare, a real NIGHTMARE.

Booked for one day, total absence from the management, contacted several times to get the Wi-Fi password, they never responded, very hot room without air conditioning, non-existent shower, no bidet, television not working, poor cleanliness.
Out of desperation we didn't even spend the night, we were only there for 1 hour to change.
This means screwing people over.
Stay away from this place.
