D'inverno la struttura assume un fascino tutto particolare, certamente d'estato potrete vivere appieno l'esperienza godendo anche delle due piscine esterne che hanno una bella vista sul panorama circostante.

You're a marzipan. (Like the fairytale house) sweet outside, but with the witch inside.
His response on the other platform was unprofessional.
Our consideration for the room was subjective and described only the room and its flaws.
That his staff describes him as professional etc. she is right to praise him .. host how is the wine ??
I don't know the direct so if someone asks me how it goes I answer well, even if I pointed out my complaints to the girls at the reception, so maybe check his staff better before praising him so much.
Shall we talk about Michelangelo? You were therefore present that evening at Limoncello, because I do not mention it in my previous review. So you witnessed the scene, and how can you lie knowing you're lying? How brave to defend him even in that situation. Congratulations to you both for the bad figure.
The supplement for animals we knew there was for cleaning the room, knows we have been traveling with our furry for many years but we had never happened to pay for a cleaning service and not carry it out. You talk to the six governed before you write, and you don't just talk to the girls at the reception because we've reported everything to them. Perhaps your staff is not as devoted as you are to them? Best regards Director

Nice stay, but still...
Pool and sun loungers were not maintained... (maybe because it was October)..
We were there for 11 days, based on the assessment of many....but never again

We are very sorry to receive such a review.
Once you were at the hotel you should had informed us about the meals in our restaurant.
Normally if the clients did not enjoy a dish, we are able to suggest other choices but once you left the hotel, we are not able to do anything about that...specially when a couple of Guests stay over than a week in our Abbey, we take care to change the menu daily to grant variety in food.
The road that leads to us, it is something that goes beyond our control and it is depends on the municipality not from us.
In October the swimming pool area not very popular due to the not suitable temperatures and the variability of the weather…
