Appartamento accogliente e pulito.
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo . Host molto gentile e disponibile. Situato vicino alla fermata della metro al centro storico e ad un parcheggio pubblico. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

Very bad experience:(

Thet are not clear about all the steps to reach the highest floor. 80 irregular steps, not suitable for large bags or third aged people. The neighborhood is and looks very dangeorus, images online dont match with reality. They kept our deposit even noticing we couldnt stay and that is a lack of decency no matter the contract. Its in a very ugly, dirty place, and as i stated: dangerous and very expensive for what they really offer.

Good morning
On the Booking site it is clearly written, as in the email sent in the days before your arrival, that the apartment is on the 4th floor without a lift.
When you book an accommodation and you have special needs, you need to read and understand if it's right for you. However you booked for two people and four of you arrived, and you said that you would still be staying one night so we only took the tourist tax for one night.
In regard to the apartments are those of the photos, I invite you to publish the photographs to prove the opposite. The neighborhood is in the historic center of Naples and since we have the holiday homes something has never happened to anyone

Esperienza piacevole!

Ho avuto il piacere di pernottare per ben tre notti in questa deliziosa casa vacanze della bella Napoli. Devo dire che oltre all'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo ho trovato la giusta pulizia e tutto ciò di cui potevo aver bisogno. A tutto questo si è aggiunta la gentilezza e l'aiuto in qualsiasi cosa da parte di coloro che si occupano della casa. Infine ho trovato anche molto semplice raggiungere il centro della città. Se dovessi tornare a Napoli sarò nuovamente ospite di Ale&Tizy House.

Una breve, memorabile vacanza con due amici.
Posizione centralissima; imbarchi per le isole, stazioni ferroviarie , centro storico, tutto vicino. Il proprietario è una persona squisita, cordiale e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l appartamento era pulito , ci siamo sentiti a casa , arrivederci !

Eccellente soluzione!!!!da ripetere

Ho soggiornato in uno degli appartamenti per circa 4gg,
E devo dire è stata una gran bella scoperta!!!innanzitutto l appartamento è altamente funzionale , dotato di tutti i comforts , le pulizie sono molto accurate ed il padrone di casa si è dimostrata una persona molto preparata e disponibile.La posizione è strategica per scoprire il cuore di Napoli e l immediata vicinanza la porto rende gli alloggi strategici anche per chi vuole visitare le isole (ischia,Capri e Procida)
Esperienza da ripetere assolutamente!!!
