An oasis of tranquility
Comfortable and clean double room, as well as extremely clean were the two very nice pools.
Breakfast very good and varied with the possibility of eating it under a pergola, which made it even more pleasant.
Staff extremely helpful and generous with advice on places to see.

Amazing country side retreat with everything!
The hostess greeted us warmly and with a refreshing ganita di lemone (ice of lemon), walking us to our own private villa, where we could conveniently park our car right next to it. To our surprise, there were two swimming pools—one with saltwater and a stunning view and another freshwater pool near the restaurant and breakfast area.
Speaking of breakfast, it was simply amazing—local pastries, fresh juices, and the perfect way to start the day. The location couldn’t be better: close to all of Noto's beautiful beaches and just a short distance from the city center, filled with fantastic restaurants.
Oh, and the granita di Limone! I couldn’t go a block without stopping for one. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay…we’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful place
The location is optimal to reach the beautiful nearby towns.
The houses are nothing short of adorable, functional and complete with every comfort.
The cleanliness and care of the entire structure is impeccable: houses, swimming pools, bar area and outdoor spaces are maintained and cleaned constantly.
Great breakfast, rich in artisan varieties and much more.
The dishes at Villa Felicia's restaurant are also magnificent.
But what distinguishes the structure is the friendliness, helpfulness, friendliness and kindness of all the staff, and especially Ilenia!
We had such a good time that, at the end of August, we returned for another holiday and will certainly return next year.
