Simply perfect

We stayed for a short holiday in Palermo at this property. 4 people.
We found a perfect host, very kind friendly and always very helpful. They helped us find solutions for parking, for luggage.
Clean apartment, with everything you need for a stay. Air conditioning, public parking on the street.
They gave us instructions for parking in ZTL.
Ideal location, very central.

Very cold and unpleasant.

Starting with the advantages: the place is more than enough for two couples. It even has two aditional small beds. Also, it is very close to the city center and the most important attractions. The place is pretty clean. Now the downfall: we visited Palermo in February, so the apartment was really cold. Apart from one AC in each room (which were insufficient in providing a conformable temperature), the hallway and the kitchen had no heating source so were very cold and we could not spend any time in there. This led to very much disconfort. We asked the landlord for some aditional heating sources but we were not provided with one. My wife even caught a cold. Also, the blankets were really old and no so confortabile. Some of the furniture was really old and worn down. The landlord also asked us to pay an aditional 24 euros for the local taxes, but this I guess some landlords ask around here. Overall, a decent stay due to the location, but we will certain not recomend to go there in the winter.
