Good experience

I stayed in Pisa for two nights. The location was good, as the street is full of restaurants and co. and really next to Piazza dei Miracoli. The accomodation was a recently renovated flat (still with a bit of antiques) in a fine building, two rooms for guests. My room was large, luminous and with a private, well equipped bathroom. There was also a living room with a cookie bar which makes you feel at home :) The staff was kind and considerate.

Migliorabile attenzione al cliente

Struttura ottima per la posizione a 2 min dalla torre e sulla via di negozi e ristoranti che gli fa guadagnare punti; stanza carina.
Assolutamente inaccettabile dover fare il check in alle 15, dormire una notte e fare il check out alle 10 di mattina del giorno dopo. Se si vuole gestire un b&b bisogna essere flessibili con gli orari e venire incontro ai turisti almeno per far lasciare loro i bagagli. Per due giorni ho pagato il deposito bagagli.

Per fortuna alla fine siamo andati altrove

Due righe solo per segnalare che se prenotate questa struttura nel pomeriggio - se lo fate leggete con cura ogni dettaglio, perché nessuno vi contatterà via email o telefono - se arrivate anche solo qualche minuto dopo le 8pm, dovete pagare un extra per il check in, e che comunque dovrete attendere un’imprecisato orario prima di entrare (e secondo il notissimo portale attraverso cui abbiamo prenotato, addirittura non è garantita l’accettazione, visto che sei oltre orario) : e in ogni caso, se volete cancellare invece, dovrete comunque pagare l’importo di una notte. Il tutto con una persona che, contattata telefonicamente, non si rivela esattamente gradevole. Per fortuna, almeno, con il tramite del portale di prenotazione, noi siamo almeno riusciti ad ottenere una cancellazione senza penale, così da trovare un normale hotel sempre lì in zona, allo stesso prezzo ma con servizi da vera struttura ricettiva.
Quindi, nella mia esperienza (e gestisco bnb anche io, in una città molto più grande è complicata di Pisa ma con ben altro atteggiamento), non è esattamente un posto raccomandabile.

Una vera botta di fortuna trovare questo b&b! Situato nella via dei locali a 2 minuti a piedi dalla torre di Pisa! L’ accoglienza e la pulizia delle camere ottime.. le camere stesse e il bagno nuove e curate nei particolari! C’è una sala dove ti puoi ritornare di acqua, the e biscotti ad ogni ora.. straconsigliato!

Colpo estremamente fortunato tramite Booking.com.
Casa Dora è situata davvero ad 1 minuto da piazza dei miracoli, in una via, Santa Maria, ovviamente molto bella e piena di pizzerie, trattorie e bar; decisamente molto comoda.
La casa è davvero carina, molto comoda e accogliente, ci siamo trovati molto bene!
