Highly recommended!

The caretaker is really friendly. He carried my big suitcase upstairs, where my room was, and took it down the day I left. He also offered me coffee and answered my questions. Information and maps of Ravenna are available to tourists at the entrance.
For breakfast, I asked for something special, as I can't stand dairy products, and I received what I asked for. That was good.
In my room, there were several beds, but I was alone, so I choose the one I liked best. This bed was comfortable, very good for me, who have back problems. The bathroom was modern and functional.
The train passes nearby, but didn't bother me. This building is old, you can see it in some places on the walls, but why does it bother? Not at all. I have read unfair reviews about this Bed and Breakfast. I don't understand why. To those who are not happy: go to a hotel, where you will pay at least twice as much. I assure you that I felt better here than in some hotels. Also, at the end of my stay, the guard realized that I might miss the train, so he called me a taxi. Thus, I was able to return home quietly. I'll definitely be back! Thank you and see you next time , Antica Loggetta!

Truffa!

The photos of this place are perhaps many years old, because now the conditions are very different! Arrived at check in we were greeted by a person unsuitable to be to the public even for personal care, also entered the room we were faced with mold, moisture and so much dirt! Obviously we decided not to spend even one night in these conditions and fortunately we found accommodation in another structure! That said, we asked for a refund and pointed out the unhygienic conditions in which the structure pours and we got in addition to a verbal assault a nice "do a little 'what you want the money I will not give it back" ! At this point I urge anyone to stay well away from this scam!

Cheated!!!

Booked a weekend at the beginning of January on booking, 3 days before departure I receive a phone call from the owner telling me that the structure will remain closed in those days, to cancel the reservation that will be refunded later.naive maybe yes, can happen to everyone an unexpected thought.I waited for the refund x several days ,contacted booking, the most felt lady...

Bad place

Bad experience at this property. Upon arrival we were greeted by a rude and arrogant doorman, for 5 minutes he did not want to let us in. In every corner of the building there is an unpleasant smell to say the least! Cleanliness non-existent, rooms are not fixed every day and do not change towels , in 5 days they replaced them only once. Dilapidated furniture and cracks throughout the ceiling. Nightmare experience!!

I do not recommend this hotel to everyone

Let's start with the problems: the Van Gog room was studded with mold, there was not even a closet, only a coat rack, and worst of all the window overlooked the laundry room and the cellar so at night you felt washer and dryer more galloping and in the morning a continuous chatter of the staff and so on, just for this the privesi was 0.Il bathroom was acceptable notes that out of tune were the stench rising from the toilet and mold. We move on to the bad breakfast and poor hygiene throughout the hotel.
Fortunately the staff were very nice, helpful and obviously tried to do their best, the location of the property was very favorable and the choice of the reception style of furniture was very pretty.
