A hotel not up to 4 stars.
Upon arrival we were greeted at reception by a very nice guy.
The room small but well maintained. The only drawback, my daughter opening the nightstand drawer found it full of poor people.
We were not aware that the restaurant was closed during the Christmas period.
However, we were greeted in the breakfast room by a very kind lady who showed us a very minimal menu of frozen products that she could serve us.
Together with another family who were having dinner next to us, we asked how long breakfast would be served the next morning. Both the lady at the bar and the receptionist told us that breakfast would be served until 10.30 (in the hotel there is no sign where the time is written).
The next morning we then went down to breakfast at 10.15am.
The room was closed and at my request to have breakfast I was told that we had come down late. Complaining at reception, a gentleman of a certain age (probably the owner) made us sit in the breakfast room.
There a younger waitress, a lady and a boy very rudely told us that breakfast was over and that we could have a very quick coffee.
They made us sit near the exit because we had to clean.
I asked if it would be possible to make a sandwich with some raw food for my daughter who would soon have to play tennis.
Always very rudely told me no. At my insistence they looked in the fridge and told me that they could do it with bresaola (opening the fridge there was any salami).
I felt like I was being played. I made my representations at the reception and the two girls shrugged.
Except for a few people on the staff, I found it a bit of a lie.
Too bad!!
We will definitely not return guests. And I would not recommend it if you are with children.
